well they are a fun way of expressing interest or support in a specific area like Angi's medical one. There are hundreds or thousands of pre made ones out there but I am happy to put one together for any member.

Note, I am unable to create the very sophisticated scrollable versions you will see on some sites. That takes some skill with dedicated GFX programs.
